ACEONDO Admission Into Preliminary Programmes 2015/2016 Announced

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates
for admission into the following programmes:
Combined Pre-Degree programme with Certificate in
Computer Science
Combined Pre-NCE Programme with Certificate in Computer
Science
Our preliminary programmes are specially designed to
incorporate basic training in Computer Appreciation at the
end of which a certificate is issued to every successful
candidate. The computer component would enable students
to:
i. have basic knowledge of computer appreciation that is
required for the Computer Based Test of the Unified Tertiary
Matriculation Examinations, and
ii. give those who may fail to have the minimum cut-off
marks in the Joint Admission Matriculation Board
Examinations to at least have a Certificate in Computer
Science which may assist them to enroll in the Department
of Computer Science in the College as well as providing
them with job opportunities.
The College offers combined Pre-NCE/Pre-Degree
combinations with certificate in Computer Science in the
following courses: Biology, Chemistry, Physics,
Mathematics, Physical and Health Education, English
Language, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, French, Geography, History,
Social Studies, CRS, Economics, Fine and Applied Arts,
Agricultural Science, Home Economics and Music.
Entry Requirements
Candidates must possess WASCE, NECO, SSCE, GCE (O/L),
Teachers’ Grade II Certificate or its equivalent with credit
passes in Five subjects including: English Language and
Mathematics. Candidates awaiting results can also apply
provided they have registered for WASC/NECO and GCE O-
Level examinations.
